The DJ will become your most important vendor because he is the key person that sets the atmosphere and drives the momentum of the entire evening. When I initially hired Chuck, I was confident that I would get a talented professional who would give a unique touch to my wedding with his live musical performances. What I didn't anticipate was that I would also find a friend and advisor that would go above and beyond his line of duty. Hi Chuck, I want to thank you and let you know just how wonderful I think you are. After I spoke with you by telephone I was so excited about having you as our disc jockey. Living in Las Vegas and having to plan everything long distance, knowing I wouldn’t be able to meet you until my wedding day probably should have freaked me out a little. Chuck, when Mindie and I were searching for DJ's, we had our minds set on finding someone personable and fun. You were the first DJ that we met with and while we had lunch that day, I was thinking to myself, this guy really cares about our big day. We had a very small wedding of only about 15 guests total - yes, that includes the people IN the wedding. Most Dj's aren't accustomed to that small a group, and Chuck was no different in that respect. However, he knew exactly how to get them involved, how to entertain them and he interacted with everyone there. Everyone walked away amazed by the wonderful DJ we managed to hire! And not a single person in attendance at my wedding disagreed with the assessment that Chuck is far, far more than "just a DJ". Our wedding day was a day to remember, where moments were created in an instant but will last us a lifetime. In the center of everything was our DJ, Chuck Weirich. To label Chuck as just a DJ would be like saying Mount Rushmore is just another mountain. We expected a lot from Chuck and he pulled every trick out of the hat to make sure we had a blast on our Wedding Day. My wife and I agree that his enthusiasm shined forth when he picked up his trumpet and surprised us with his musicianship. His live trumpet solos blended so well with the music playing over the PA that he managed to energized our guests and keep the party going all night long. As our master of ceremonies, Chuck coordinated the progression of the evening from the cocktail hour through each course that followed being accompanied by appropriate background music. He entertained our song list suggestions and added a few selections of his own to create an elegant dining atmosphere. At the same token, Chuck interacted well with our guests by dedicating songs to them and continually succeeding to get them on the dance floor by playing our traditional wedding songs which eventually grew into a conga line that had the entire place out of their seats. One of my most memorable moments of the evening was the Father-Daughter dance, in which Chuck’s timing was perfect. I remember seeing my bride cry tears of joy while she slow-danced and listened closely to her father’s voice as their song played out her childhood memories. Chuck’s professionalism was outstanding, especially when he showed us a great deal of personal care during the preparation of our event. Chuck was such an essential part of our wedding day. Throughout the entire planning process Chuck was very prompt in replying to our calls and emails. We chose a Swing/Big Band theme for our entire music selection including the ceremony, which was a little tricky to find songs that fit each moment. Chuck was wonderful in researching the music and finding the perfect songs along with working with our suggestions. Everybody raved about our music especially for the ceremony because it was so unique yet romantic and fun. Chuck then proceeded to wow guests during the reception when he pulled out his trumpet and played live during certain songs. He played all the songs we told him we wanted and picked out complementing songs for the rest of the night. Not only was Chuck our DJ, he also played the part of wedding coordinator during our rehearsal. Chuck actually came to our rehearsal so we could get all the timing with the music down pat. Dealing with a wedding party of twelve got a little chaotic but Chuck stepped in and before we knew it everything was running smoothly. Dear Chuck, Thank you for such an amazing time at our reception! We absolutely loved the music! Chris and I have listened to "our CD" many times since our wedding and he keeps talking about the entrance, how you perfectly timed the beginning of Elevation with "Please welcome Mr. & Mrs. Christopher Williams" (It's cute too listen to him talk about it!) Everything was perfect...the music during dinner was a hit! So many people commented on how they enjoyed eating to the background music and were glad to hear something they could relax to. The dancing...well let’s just say I enjoyed it! My bridesmaids and I had such a wonderful time dancing together and it was so nice to see every one dance. I even got to dance with my Great Uncle and I thank you for that! He's close to 80 and he can still cut a rug! Mom and Dad said you were over the top perfect! Everything a wedding needs! Chuck did an absolutely fabulous job as our wedding ceremony and reception DJ / MC. He was very supportive throughout our entire 6-month planning process. Early on, Chuck met with us to get an idea on the type of music we liked and the type of party we wanted. Not only did he make great music suggestions, but he also was very willing to take our input on the specific artists and songs that we wanted on the play list. Chuck went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with our bridal party introduction music. We wanted to use a specific song from a favorite movie and Chuck found the music and pieced the instrumental sections together for our grand entrance. Chuck was very energetic and did a great job at getting everyone up and dancing and keeping the event lively. His live trumpet playing was amazing and very unique. Many guests commented to us how great his trumpet playing was both during the actual ceremony as well as during the reception. The equipment that Chuck used is top quality. The sound was very clear yet not overpowering. And he also brought a second wireless speaker set-up which allowed him to play music during the cocktail hour in an adjacent room from his main set-up. There was no interruption in the music and people noticed the smooth transition as Chuck took us through the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We wholeheartedly recommend Chuck Weirich. He is very trustworthy, dedicated, and exceeded our expectations! We cannot praise Chuck and Rita at Classified Events enough! We received absolutely outstanding customer service. He worked very closely with us to plan our reception, and was always available and enthusiastic each time we needed to speak with him. During the reception, Chuck was a fabulous MC, helping make the evening run smoothly. All this, and the music was incredible. Did I mention that Chuck was also a musician? He played the trumpet during a number of songs and we were lucky enough to have Rita as a vocalist as well. Classified Events delivers the best wedding performance, ever! In August 2005, Chuck acted not only as our DJ, but played his trumpet as well, at our wedding reception at the Biltmore in downtown Atlanta. This historic hotel deserved a historic performance – and Chuck provided just that! He made sure the entire night went perfectly smooth, from leading the entertainment throughout the night, dazzling the crowd with his trumpet solos, keeping the dance floor packed, and making sure the photographers were in place. I could not imagine a more well run, professional organization that honestly cares about the bride and groom! I can't thank Chuck enough for making our wedding reception a dream come true! From the first meeting we had with him we knew it was going to be an incredible event. He takes time to meet with you and get an idea of what your vision is for the reception and then provides suggestions and guidance. We were in constant contact with him throughout the months leading up to the big day. At 32 I've been to almost 30 weddings a great D.J. can truly make the difference. From the moment we walked in the door Chuck guided us through the entire evening so we didn't have to worry about anything. He had everyone on the dance floor and played an incredible array of songs. The first thing my husband said to me after we met Chuck the first time was how impressed he was with Chuck's professional attitude. We had met other DJs who seemed fine, but Chuck stood out; he takes his job seriously, and that was important to us. He met with us two times, to get to know us as a couple, and as individuals. He wanted to make sure our wedding was not just an "out of the box" event, but really reflected who we were. He wanted to make sure we had a good time, and it was an event we would enjoy most of all...and, he succeeded! Because of the steps he took, we look back and remember being guests at our own wedding. I don't think we had one moment where we had to take care of one item. Chuck even kept a schedule of the night, and told us not to worry that things would happen on time; he took care of that, too! There were several things Chuck did that allowed us to have SO much fun at our wedding: we got to choose a "no play" list of songs we did not want, he gathered songs that would make our guests feel honored and he kept our crowd dancing all night (and we had no alcohol at the wedding!). I can't even count how many of our guests have told us that our reception was the most fun they can remember. Perhaps our favorite thing Chuck did was the Secret Song. We resisted this at first, but he really encouraged us to do this for each other. We each picked a song that the other did not know would be played. Chuck told the stories behind the songs, and even helped us choose our songs (we were having last-minute planning block). Chuck is the perfect choice for any bride and groom, but I especially think that he is the only choice if you have been working long enough to appreciate a person who takes their job seriously. I have not one complaint from any vendor for my wedding, and I know Chuck played a part in that.

I can’t begin to say how pleased we were with Chuck and Rita. They made our reception so much fun for everyone. Many of our guests have told us how much fun they had, and wanted to know where we found them. I couldn’t be happier with the way things went. If there were problems, I never knew about them. We met with Chuck a couple times to go over the details, and were in constant contact in the days leading up to the big day. He worked closely with us to lay out the songs we wanted and didn’t, and had the whole evening laid out in a schedule for us to review and approve. We do not even know where to begin! Chuck was the reason our wedding went so smoothly. He was extremely professional from the beginning, always stayed in contact with us, and answered all our questions....even when he was on vacation. Aside from all of that, he had some very novel ideas of how to make our wedding special and added his own personal touches when appropriate. For example, Lamar is a very avid Gator football fan so the groom's cake was a 3ft. long alligator. Chuck had the idea to play the Gator fight song during the cutting of the groom's cake. Our wedding was 125 close family and friends of all ages. Chuck managed to get EVERYONE on the dance floor. There were so many people dancing that we were spilling off the dance floor. I would recommend Chuck to anyone, he is able to make anything happen and set whatever type of mood you desire.

I cannot begin to describe what a wonderful experience it has been to work with Chuck! My husband and I were married on Halloween of this year (2005), and we were having a hard time finding a DJ to host our event being that it was on a Monday evening. We also had some very different requests as to the type of music we would like played (not really traditional at all). Every other DJ I came across before I met Chuck was very disinterested in making our event special... Then we met Chuck with Classified Events! He was fantastic and personable, incredibly diligent, and completely eased my mind upon my first meeting with him. We explained what we wanted, and he responded with "Sounds like fun!" My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised with his demeanor! I never had to call to check in once, he was leaving messages for me, reassuring me and letting me know how he was progressing in attaining the selected music for our reception. Even though I know he is very busy, he made me feel like my husband and I were his only concern during the months leading up to the event, and then the night of he exceeded our already high opinion of him! He made sure my husband and I had drinks, took photographs with our disposable cameras when our guests didn't have the time, and had a natural feel for the way the entire mood of the event progressed keeping the music in synch the entire time. He even found someone to move some chairs when my husband was doing it and told him to relax and enjoy the wedding! He was so much more than just a DJ to us that night.. you will not be disappointed by going with Chuck and Classified Events. From the very start, Chuck wanted to get to know us on a personal level and make sure our day went the way we envisioned. He was always professional, detail-oriented, organized, and courteous with a good sense of humor. We had strong opinions of what we wanted to hear at our wedding and what we definitely did NOT want to hear. Chuck never chafed at these restrictions in the slightest. On the contrary, he did everything possible to accommodate our desires with a conscientious, considerate attitude. During the planning process, he was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, as well as extremely patient and flexible when we requested changes in song or program. Early on, he mapped out a very detailed schedule of events for our approval and worked with us on any revisions, which really helped us conceptualize the reception and assured us that he knew exactly what he was doing! At the reception, Chuck was enthusiastic, energetic, and engaged – not just going through the motions. He served as DJ and MC - managing the flow of the night, playing as many of our song requests as he could, and consulting us from time to time to ensure that things were moving along as expected. Even after the wedding was over, he was kind enough to send us photos he had taken himself during the night – a gesture we really appreciated. So, from start to finish, we were very impressed with Chuck indeed!

I give full credit and unlimited praise to our DJ, Chuck Weirich, for making our wedding absolutely perfect. We met and discussed how we wanted our traditional Italian wedding with sit-down dinner to have a rehearsal dinner feel to it. Fun, yet still formal. We wanted "world" music that made our guests feel welcomed and at home since most of our guests are not from America, much less Atlanta. Chuck played music at the right time and in the right way. Dear Chuck, as our one year wedding anniversary rapidly approaches, we have been fondly reflecting back to our big day last July.
